How FQ Source handles your project data, supplier data and everything that happens between your teams and our agents.
Data handling: we do not sell, share or train third-party LLMs on your project data. Project data is processed only for the agents that need it (RFQ drafting, supplier matching, proposal analysis) and is not used to train any model.
Hosting: application on Vercel (EU regions for European customers). Vector supplier database on managed infrastructure with TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest. All requests over HTTPS; HSTS enforced.
Compliance: GDPR-compliant data processing for EU customers. Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II in roadmap. Every agent action inside a project is auditable.
